Ms. Fassett was asked to start up the legal department for NuSil Technology, a
growing company involved in research and development of cutting-edge technology
in silicones and related materials. As corporate counsel for NuSil Technology,
Ms. Fassett Streamlined and oversaw the legal affairs of NuSil Technology and
its corporate development and compliance. Ms. Fassett assisted NuSil in setting
up compliance procedures to minimize its exposure in the event of litigation.
She coordinated and supervised its legal representation throughout the United
States, directed its litigation, business transactions and corporate compliance
matters, and handled all employment and regulatory matte
